Recycle Me Real Good!

As part of our recycling initiative for 2025, we are excited to introduce a new programme that allows customers to return used containers to us. By sending back your empty packaging, you can help reduce waste and support sustainability efforts.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Return Process: Once you have finished using your Melt Me Real Good products, simply retain the containers. You can return them via post or why not return them in person at one of our events.

  2. Recycling Commitment: All returned containers will be thoroughly cleaned and processed for recycling or repurposing, minimising environmental impact.

  3. Incentives: To encourage participation, we will provide discounts or rewards for those who actively take part in the return programme.

We believe that together we can make a difference. By participating in this initiative, you not only contribute to a cleaner environment but also help us strive towards more sustainable practices within our brand. Thank you for supporting our mission.

How does it work?

    Firstly enjoy your Melt Me product. This is the most important part!

    Collect your used containers and box them carefully. Use sturdy boxes that are appropriately sized for the number of containers you have. Your containers do not need to be cleaned prior to sending.

    Package up your items, and include a note with your name, address, email address and order number if you have one. Don’t have an order number, no problem but please include all the other information.

    Once your order has been received it will undergo a quality check. Thank you for your patience as we ensure that the products meet the requirements for being repurposed.

    Once confirmed, a discount will be issued to your account. Please ensure that all required information is submitted accurately to facilitate a smooth process. Your discount will be valid for 3 months.

    If your items are not in good condition, we will reach out to you directly to inform you of this. Our aim is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, and we take the quality checks seriously.

  • What can I return?

    You can return any Melt Me: candle, room mist bottle, diffuser oils and wax melt clams.
